Previously, he was a partner at the law firm of McMillan Binch, in its Public Policy Group, and has also worked as a consultant, journalist and political Chief of Staff. Warren received a Bachelor of Journalism (Honours) from Carleton University and his law degree from the University of Calgary; he has also completed executive education courses at Harvard’s Law School and its School of Business.   \nFrom 1990 to 1993, Warren held the position of Special Assistant to the Rt. Hon. Jean Chrétien, leader of the Liberal Party of Canada. In addition, from 1993 to 1996, Warren served as Chief of Staff in a number of federal ministries.   \nIn 2003, 2007, and 2011, he was Chairman of the War Room in the successful Ontario Liberal Party election campaigns; federally, he managed the Liberal Party of Canada’s War Rooms in 1993 and 2000. In 2020, he worked in several states on the victorious Biden-Harris campaign.   \nWarren is an award-winning author and journalist and has assisted clients on a wide variety of communications, strategic and regulatory matters. His legal practice focuses on administrative, Indigenous and governmental affairs.   \nWarren is a former member of the executive of the Ontario Bar Association and has sat on the communications committee of the Canadian Bar Association. He has been an adjunct professor at the University of Calgary’s Faculty of Law and an instructor in law at Carleton’s School of Journalism.   \nWarren has been a columnist with the Ottawa Citizen, National Post, Hill Times and nationally with the Postmedia media chain, and published his best-seller, The War Room: Political Strategies for Business, NGOs, and Anyone Who Wants To Win, in 2007. His third book in the X series, Age of Unreason, was released in December 2019. This is his tenth book and a follow-up to 2017’s bestselling Recipe for Hate and 2018’s New Dark Ages.   \nIn 2025, Penguin Random House is globally publishing his newest book, The Hidden Hand. It is about the worldwide propaganda campaign against Israel and the West.   \nSpeaker Bios\nElder Catherine Brooks\n\nDr. Catherine Brooks/Peduhbun Migizi Kwe (Early Morning Eagle Woman) is a Counsellor grounded in Indigenous Tradition, educator, consultant, and community worker. \nA member of the Nipissing First Nation ( https://www.nfn.ca/ ) (Bird Clan—Red-tailed Hawk) raised in Toronto, she is also a member of the Bear Medicine Society sitting with the Turtle Clan in the Long House at Oneida Settlement ( https://oneida.on.ca/#:~:text=The%20Oneida%20Nation%20of%20the%20Thames%20is%20home,30%20kilometers%20south%20of%20the%20City%20of%20London. ). She currently works as a Traditional Youth Counsellor at Anishnawbe Health Toronto a fully accredited community health centre serving Indigenous peoples in the GTA. \nElder Catherine advises the Indigenous Peoples Solidarity Group based out of St. Matthew’s United Church as Elder-in-Residence, leads Ceremonies and programs in the adjacent Noojimo’iwewin Gitigaan National Healing Forest Project, and guides Indigenous and non-Indigenous community members.\nPastor Judith James\nPastor Judith James is a proud Canadian who is fueled by her “Passion for People.”   \nShe is the Founder and CEO of The Beautiful Foundation, A Charitable Organization that serves women and children who have survived domestic violence and substance abuse. The organization also works with individuals and marginalized families overcoming unforeseen circumstances.  For over 16 years, she has worked diligently alongside several shelters in the Greater Toronto Area and across the nation.   \nJudith is also a full time Pastor, the Dean of Students at Adelfiha Christian Academy and the Co-Chair of Stand United Canada: An Organization; Committed to impacting present and future generations.    \nRabbi Samuel Kaye\nRabbi Samuel Kaye is the Associate Rabbi of Holy Blossom Temple in Toronto.   \nBorn and raised in Denver, Colorado, Rabbi Kaye was ordained from the Cincinnati Campus of the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in 2018. He has served Jewish communities in West Virginia, South Dakota, Kentucky, and Ohio. Upon ordination, he was the Assistant, and later Associate, Rabbi at The Temple in Atlanta, Georgia.   \nRabbi Kaye is an alumnus of the Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies and Allegheny College, where he received a BA in History and Religious Studies. Rabbi Kaye has studied at the iCenter, where he received a master’s concentration in Israel Education. He has undergone spiritual counsellor training through the Elaine Breslow Institute with Beit T’shuvah, a Jewish in-patient recovery facility. He is a “Future Changemaker” fellow with Pardes North America and is currently on the board of ARZA Canada.   \nRabbi Kaye is an accomplished educator and community organizer who firmly roots his justice work in the Jewish tradition. During the most recent sabbatical year, 5782, Rabbi Kaye created and led the “21st Century Shmitah” initiative, which purchased and forgave over $13.5 million dollars worth of defaulted medical debt for residents of Georgia.   \nRabbi Kaye is a recovering bartender, a board game aficionado, and loves to make his own pasta sauce. He is married to Taylor Baruchel, and they live with their daughter, Selah, near Wychwood Park.   \n\nNitin Malhotra \nNitin Malhotra immigrated to Canada from India in 1999 and has called it home since then. He runs a successful Architectural and Engineering practice in the GTA. He is a proud husband and a father of two children.  While quite busy in his professional and family life he finds time to contribute to the community and as such he is associated with a couple of Non-Charitable organizations. Nitin identifies himself as a Proud Hindu-Canadian.\nRaheel Raza \nRaheel Raza is President of The Council for Muslims Facing Tomorrow, founding member of The Muslim Reform Movement, Director of Forum for Learning, President, Steering Committee of The Council for Muslims Against Antisemitism (CMAA), National Advisory Board of Abraham Global Peace Initiative, award winning journalist, public speaker, advocate for human rights, gender equality and dignity in diversity.  \n
