Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate community engagement activities with a focus on senior programming and outreach.
- Develop culturally appropriate, enriching programs that address the social, recreational, and wellness needs of older adults in the Jewish community.
- Build partnerships with local organizations, community leaders, and volunteers to enhance programming and participation.
- Monitor engagement, collect feedback, and report on program outcomes to improve services.
- Support organizational events and advocacy efforts across the province when needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in community programming or outreach, preferably involving seniors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and French (bilingualism required).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of Jewish culture, traditions, and community dynamics in Quebec is a strong asset.
