MONTREAL – B’nai Brith Canada is appalled by a “Youth Summer Program” planned by participants in the illegal anti-Israel encampment on McGill University’s property and is launching a public letter-writing campaign to demand that measures be taken to immediately terminate this.

The letter is being directed to politicians at the federal, provincial and municipal levels as well as the RCMP, provincial police and Montreal police.

This so-called program features imagery of armed militants and aims to indoctrinate young minds with extremist ideologies.

We cannot sit idly as our institutions are used to promote hatred and violence.

“The situation at McGill is out of control and we must ensure that the university’s property is not used as a forum to indoctrinate into terrorism and incite violence against Israel and Jews,” said Richard Robertson, Director of Research and Advocacy for B’nai Brith Canada. “Please participate in this very important letter-writing campaign. Let’s end this lunacy.”
